We accept most PPO plans. If we're out-of-network for your plan, we can provide a superbill you can submit for potential reimbursement. Email us with your insurance details and we'll confirm coverage before your first visit.
Our clinicians are currently licensed in Texas and Washington. You must be physically located in one of these states at the time of your visit.
Your first visit is an Initial Psychiatric Assessment — a comprehensive evaluation covering your history, current concerns, and goals. Your provider will discuss a diagnosis (if applicable) and a treatment plan, including any medication options.

Just email us as soon as you can. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice when possible so we can offer the time to another patient.
